Thanks to @rebornx_spawn on Instagram, we’ve got our first look at a new Summer Tour t-shirt, featuring the recently-revealed mystery masks in a classic Mt. Rushmore layout-
Hollywood Undead Summer Tour 2024 T-Shirt Prints
This rendition of the new masks appears to be artwork, with the perspectives and designs not 100% lining up with the teaser photos or on-stage banner, but it gives us a clear look at some of the major design cues.
First up is Charlie, sporting his classic look with signature Wayfarer sunglasses, Charles P. Scene bandana, and Dove & Grenade snapback.
Second is Danny, his design has changed radically, his mask is now a skull. A familiar element from previous mask iterations, the cross, is now on the forehead as can be seen in the image.
Johnny 3 Tears appears in the center of the image, and his mask appears to be Greco-Roman influenced, with what appears to be an olive or oak leaf crown, while his signature butterflies are right where they should be.
Funny Man’s appearance is the most confusing, because while the merch image appears to be a mask reminiscent to his Swan Songs presentation, with HU written in a varsity block lettering. The early teaser photos featured a more gothic-inspired handwritten set of FM initials and artwork.
Last but not least is J-Dog – here we go with another radically changed design. J is now literally Dog (woof-woof). The signature dollar sign is still on his mouth, while the Dove & Grenade sigil appears on his forehead. The new design still features his signature bleeding eyes, which the stage backdrop confirms the red coloration.
Thanks to u/Anxious_Aardvark_970 on Reddit, we’ve also got a glimpse of the merch on sale for the Summer Tour – featuring a conglomeration of new and pre-existing designs including the above Mt. Rushmore tour tee. Of note are also what appear to be new pieces of merch using the Metal and Skate aesthetics of past merch drops on the band’s official store.
