It’s the weekend again, so we’re taking a moment to recap another week of Hollywood Undead’s current jaunt across North America for the Kill The Noise Tour. If you missed our recap for the first week’s shows (where we assembled hundreds of pieces of social media content for the first three shows), check out our previous article in this series here.
For week two, real life circumstances kept us from being able to mine as much social media content, but we’ve been taking setlist notes and continuing to post footage uploaded by the audience on YouTube on our own tour archive page after each night of the tour.
The week kicked off with a rocky start due to weather related delays affecting travel through the passes in the rocky mountains. The original March 6th Denver show at The Fillmore Auditorium ended up being delayed to March 8th, causing an unfortunate cancellation to the Grand Forks, North Dakota show for this tour. HU would go on to play several more shows in Ralston, Minneapolis – closing out the week in Gary Indiana.
While they played “Time Bomb” in Anaheim, the setlist has continued to morph throughout the tour. The setlist for week two continued to see the band hit the stage with new intro music and open with their latest single “CHAOS”, with a smattering of singles and greatest-hits types from throughout the band’s catalog. Notably absent at this stage are any tracks from the New Empire albums, with those albums possibly being unfortunate victims of their pandemic-stricken promo cycles. The close-out of each set features the band’s top streamed songs – Swan Song’s “Everywhere I Go” and “Undead”. Starting with the Minneapolis show, Funny Man and Charlie Scene have started to appear during the Papa Roach setlist to help perform “Swerve”.
We hope to be back with another recap for week three of the tour next week, but stay tuned to the home page and follow us @scnfdm for more up to date info day-to-day. In the meantime, feel free to check out some of the footage we’ve collected embedded below sorted by each night’s show-
